Oh Mother Tree, protect me

Your beautiful long roots give me strength

Your sheer force propels me to reach the towering heights

Facing with courage the storms in my life

Oh Mother Tree, protect me

With your towering grace, I see our connection

Nourishing my soul with pure inspiration

You radiate wisdom

I am lifted by your silent enthusiasm

Guard me from  distress

your windswept leaves gently moving towards me 

to comfort and caress

Oh Mother Tree , protect me

The sunny sky that held our memories

I yearn to embrace

The soft breezes of our lives intertwined

Yet, I see a new future that we must face

Oh, Mother Tree, protect me

In these times of peril

I must safeguard you

you are our precious resource

For you are our Life Source.
